The Partners for Otoe County Board of Directors seeks candidates for a part-time position of Operations Coordinator.
The Operations Coordinator is a new, part-time position (25 hours per week) reporting to the Chair of Partners for Otoe County (P4OC). Following a recently completed strategic plan, Partners for Otoe County is embarking on an ambitious growth plan to drastically increase the impact of services for families and individuals served by local organizations and agencies. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role within the P4OC organization, managing, maintaining, and strengthening internal operations to support a growing best-practice organization.
Responsibilities include:

Administrative and Office Management
-
Maintain relationships with key organizations and agencies in Nebraska City and surrounding areas within Otoe County.

Assist with agenda creation and maintain notes for board and committee meetings.

Manage Office ensuring a professional office setting.

Finance and Compliance
-
Provide fiscal oversight and reports to the board via Quickbooks
-
Oversee payroll, insurance, workman’s comp, etc.

Support annual audit through data gathering

Maintain impeccable files
-
Technology, Data, and Program Evaluation

Create and manage reports and dashboards that meet the needs of various stakeholders

Communication
-
Assist with outreach via newsletters, website updates, social media, etc.

All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Commitment to P4OC’s mission, vision, and purpose.

Flexible and adaptive work style, self-directed with the ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.

Comfort with independent work, managing up and across the organization.

Experience with office management and administration.

Experience with basic accounting, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Organizational and detail orientated.
